A> We know of three. Vera is the obvious one. Phoebe is the one he used in the heist in the BDM. And the one in the big reaver shootout was called Lux as a tribute to LuxLucre. (ok, the last 2 aren't strictly canon, but phoebe is named in the movie novelisation, and the other one I picked up reading an Adam Baldwin interview)

Actually, the second time was in the movie....when Jayne and Kaylee are talking in the cargo bay while Jayne is dumping the Reaver body. I believe Kaylee is holding it.

You know, that actually *does* look like a catalyzer she's holding. :) It's a bit different than the one Mal's holding in OoG, but still a catalyzer I think. Good catch.

Not sure if it's word for word or not, but I think it's close. Damn, I love this show.
