Blasted writers block

I'm not really searching for help here, but I need to rant in order to get the frustration out of my system so I can finally try to wrap my head around the problem i've created for myself. I'm wirting a story (Remember Me) and i've posted parts 1 and 2 up, and I just sent part 3 off to my beta, but now i've hit a wall...i need a bad guy, well, i've actually got severl people in mind but i don't know who to pick! Should i stick to the well known villians in the series or create a devient person of my own imagination?? I hate it when this happens, but I've fallen in love with my own story(hate it all you want!I"ll still create it!hah!)and i want to see it through to the end.

My suggestion? Go with your gut. Which bad guy do you love the most? Which one would *really* throw the big damn heroes into a loop? Who is the worst possible person who could show up at that very moment in your fic?
Yeah, I know, hard to decide... but I think you'll work it out eventually.

Like DTH said, go with whatever feels right. If you're having trouble deciding which feels better for you or worse for the BDHs, you could try making a list of all the points for and against each (or working out how to bring in both, which could be fun). If nothing feels right and you're completly blocked on everything, try writing in a different way to unstick it - on paper if you normally type or typing if you normally write longhand, or just go to a different room or turn your keyboard round. It will work in the end, so long as you tell yourself it will and remember not to panic in the meantime.

Bond movies have the best villians. Lock yourself up for a weekend with the new dvd sets out and steal one. Or you can merge a couple or figure out what villian is missing and that one is yours. Now I would like Patience to have a grandaughter to give Mal and the gang more troubles. I often wonder if Saffron is her grand brat. Hope it helps. Keep Shiny

I think i've found a crack in my block. I'm toying with an idea and i'm writing on it, its only two pages so far, but I think i've got an angle i can work with! Might not be the best one, and i might change it later, but it seems to fit right now.so i'm goin' with it.If i reject it entirely i fear i might not think of anything else for a long while.
