Saw a commercial on the Sci Fi channel for Friday's Stargate SG-1 and who did it feature??? A helmeted soldier with a very familiar jaw...that's right, our very own Jayne (uh, I mean Adam Baldwin). I don't watch Stargate SG-1, but I may on Friday.

Do you think Adam Baldwin gets tired of playing the tough guys???

Well considering that he got to be a tough guy with cool guns like Vera and that 203 (an M-16 with a grenade launcher) on SG-1 I don’t think so.

Regarding your spoiler I just saw the show and this is what happens. I must say WATCH THE SHOW INSTEAD OF READING THE SPOILER. My words can't compare to the actually seeing this heart-braking episode.

Darn. To see it black and white cements it. I kept hoping that maybe TPTB were pulling the biggest prank ever and it wasn't really true. Ha HA. Yeah, ok I didn't really think that, but it was the last little hope I held on to. Anyway, REALLY looking forward to the episode. The cast are all saying it's one of the best they've done in a long while.

It is a great couple of episodes (part 2 was shown yesterday here in the UK) - but if anyone's tuning in to see Adam Baldwin, I would say don't bother - he's hardly in it at all in the second part!

I had read that Adam's part was relatively small. There has been a lot of hype for the "Heroes" episodes, and I fully intend to watch them. I love Stargate SG1 and am going to hate to see it end this spring.

Hopefully Stargate: Atlantis will be a good spin off. Adam is up for one of two parts on SG:A, though he doubts he will get the leader of the SG team slot as they are shooting for a "twenty something" actor for the role. Hopefully whatever role he gets we will get to see him regularly, at least until Firefly is back on the air.

^Its not going to end this spring. Season 8 has already been confirmed, and I don't think Skiffy is likely to withdraw that so soon after the Farscape debacle.

Seriously, I want to see these and I don't have cable. I'd happily pay the price of postage and a VHS if someone could send them to me. Let me know.
