Favorite Scene in a FF Episode?

Another kinda sad one that I really like is River in War Stories:
River: Played with Kaylee, the sun came out
and I walked on my feet, heard with my ears...
I ate the bits, the bits that stay
down and I work, I function like I'm
a girl. I hate it because I know
it'll go away, the sun goes dark and
chaos is come again. Bits. Fluids. What am I?
Simon: You are my beautiful sister.
River: I threw up on your bed.
Simon: Yep...definitely my sister.
River's whole first speech just gets me every time...it's so sad. But then I also love her next line too, just because it's funny in contrast to her first one.

I like that one too, the contrast in her behaviour is very well done.
Simon: "Were there any Feds?"

Oh, I forgot to add this one from the pilot:
Mal: Ain't no way in the 'verse they could find that compartment. Even if they were looking for it.
Zoe: Why's that?
Mal: ....'Cause.
Mal: If anyone gets nosy, y'know, just...shoot 'em.
Zoe: Shoot 'em?
Mal: Politely.
I just love little silly things like that. They show that sometimes they don't have a plan or a solution to their problems, and it makes them more realistic.

One of my faves is in the pilot when Simon asks Zoe what will happen if the Reavers board. And her response is so chilling.
She tells him these horrible things and then says "and if we're very lucky, they'll do it in that order."
For a funny moment, I love the scene where Kaylee wants to question the buffet table in Shindig. She's so great.
