Joss' Acoustic Theme

I just finished watching "Joss Plays the Firefly Theme." I'd have liked to have seen him play it, though, b/c while the normal theme is very difficult to tab, this isn't. I know Tash did a real good version of "Hero of Canton" a while back and I was wondering if anyone else with a guitar could help me figure out the acoustic-only theme. Here's what i've got, I think the progression is right, but in the wrong key.

Cannot stand... (there's a minor chord here)

I've got it.
The trick to playing it in key is a capo on the first fret. For those without I'll give the cords as they are fingered.

I haven't played it through, but I think there's 4/5 measures at the end of each phrase. That means just adding an extra beat at the end of the line. I've put an asterix where the extra beat falls
