Hi, StephS,
A bit of advice. I learned long ago that there are certain people on the net you would do best to just totally ignore. I stopped reading anything made by certain posters a long time ago. 
My suggestion. When you see the name of any person who has responded to you rudely, ignore them. That's the good thing about Instant Messaging and Forums -- they have an "iggy" button. But, in lieu of one in here, you will just have to skip past certain posts, unless you want to go on endlessly batting people who can't respond civilly if their lives depended on it.
However, for the sakes of those in here who do respond civilly (even when adamently opposed to another poster's viewpoint), please continue to partipate. You'll eventually learn which posters you can converse with in a reasonable fashion, and which need to be totally ignored.

I've been more than civil towards Citizen. He's the one who always brings it down into the gutter. I've since stopped trying to play nice to one who doesn't deserve it.
