All the Spinal Tap talk is quite relevant here, since a lot of the heavy metal bands from that era wore (and some still wear) skin-tight denim, leather or spandex pants, so if there were no codpieces being worn (like the one in Aerosmith's "Love in an elevator" filmclip), you could tell how well hung the guys were.
Just Google Image search for anything relating to 70s/80s metal and you'll see what I mean.

If you find yourself getting too worked up about stuff that isn't real (RP Threads etc), then go outside, breathe in some fresh air and try feeding the ducks. (Because ducks don't care about your politics, religion, skin colour, choice of music or even your haircut. They like everyone, provided you bring them food.)

Woah!!!!
I see what you mean!!!
Thanks for that Nico... (she said pretending that she wasn't alive and watching those bands in the 70s and 80s and therefore had no idea of the whole skin tight pants being referred to here...)

Ahem, yes well...
*is going to pretend she doesn't have well over 50 Bon Jovi pictures on her computer already*
I feel a little innocent here (I know! Me?) but isn't, um, anything going to give a bulge of some sort? Guess I don't spend much time going "That size bulge is this length, and this one is this length...." because, well...
Really, who can tell those things???

I ... uh... I don't know Mei Mei - sometimes it is enough to notice a.. *ahem* ..'bulge' and think 'yes... he is a man' and leave it at that... I can't say that I have ever tried to ..*ahem* ..size one up... Oh dear!

Good Morning PhoenixRose and Magdalena, (and whoever else is here...)
Manly Bulge - Sometimes, its hard not to notice, but for me that isn't what makes me size up a man. I'm looking at arms, waist and shoulders. A strong chin is nice, too.
I used to work in a bookstore where this guy would come in wearing bicycle shorts. It looked like he was smuggling salami across the border. Hard not to notice him! (And that's the way I think he liked it!)
Coffee time...

Morning all!
Still discussing sizes I see! I can honestly say I've never tried to guess what size a guy is. Mostly because, in my own personal experience, size hasn't mattered nearly as much as ... other stuff.
Chris - you really don't have any female friends? Not one? Is it because none of the women around you are the kind you'd normally be buddies with or more a general not-interested-in-having-pals-of-the-opposite-sex thing?
Which I guess leads to another ponder. Anyone else prefer hanging around with their own gender / the opposite gender?

someone was telling me about these pants that make you rear more 'pert' "Like a wonderbra for your bum".
Where would the shoulder straps go?

Hey, PR-
I'm a member over at crafster.org, and was looking at the current Firefly craft swap that is going on. I saw a member named "risingphoenix" and her tag line is "I'm thinking we'll rise again."
I know a few fff.net people are also over there, but I said "Hey, PR is here, too.."

(I hope you can see the profile w/o being a member.)
She's changed her pic; it used to be a phoenix.
You have a twin in England!

That becomes a lot like RPG and I'm not into that. In fact, when it gets like that here, I stop "reading" and just start scanning. Just not my thing. So there are my two cents. Take it how you will.
I'm right there with ya. When it gets too roleplayish my eyes glaze over. Just not my thing I guess.
I'm the opposite. I *love* it when a thread slips into it's own little world. I've never played RPG, so I have no idea how it compares. I think it's a leftover from the very first posting board I joined - a Buffy board - which had a lot of posts in that style. There were breakfast threads, party threads, hot tub threads, mud wrestling threads... and we went through a spanking thread phase too. I can't remember what sparked that one off.

With the exception of the ladies here, I've not really any serious female friends. I've got females work friends and we occasionally do stuff and of course my beloved sisters... I just don't really enjoy spending time with women. They don't like the things I like and we have little in common. Plus they squeal and dither and such and it bugs me!!! So yes I'd say I'm friends with guys, not girls( again not including the terrific ladies here who seem to have escaped all the things that make women lousy friends)
Male bulges- unless the guy is REALLY happy to see you, there's no point as it has no real relation to how big he is when he's happy to see you:)
I choose to rise instead of fall- U2
