I am very excited about Michael as well! So many have spoken so well of him. It will be a pleasure meeting another great man. There seem to be so few in my real life, yet Firefly was cast full of them! It is going to be a spectacular weekend and now we're one week closer!

Done the Impossible Live Commentary
Brian Wiser and Jeremy Neish, the DVD's creators, will do a live commentary at a special screening of DTI at the Big Damned Flanvention 2.

There is no way I can make this one, aarrgghhh. Hubby needs to go home to europe early next year to see his family, so he won't be able to afford to send me. The good news is I hope there is another one next year cause I will defintely be wanting to go to the next one, but my luck there won't be another one. Everyone that is going have a shiny time, and I'll see ya all at Dragoncon 07....

I'm going, and I'm so excited. Didn't think it'd be possible financially (coming from Toronto, Canada...have never been to a US con before, as I figured they were all out of my wallet's reach), but have managed to make it work out. May not eat well in December, but who cares...I'm goin' to FLAN! :)

For those going to Flan-2, and even those not going...
Check the thread "Flanvention Forum Name Buttons". PinkishBrowncoat has offered to make 2" buttons with our FFF.net nicknames on them to help us find each other. The cost is $2.00 for those going, maybe a bit more if you want a special delivery (especially outside the US).
I did a design that several folks seem to think is pretty nice. It reflects the yellow-on-black theme of FFF.net and has the Chinese "serenity" characters in the background.
