An unusual cameo...

So there I was last night, watching a rented DVD of "Secondhand Lions". Basically, it's a coming-of-age drama starring Michael Caine, Robert Duvall, and Haley Joel Osment.

There are a number of flashbacks in the movie, mainly focussing on Robert Duvall's character as a swashbuckling young adventurer in the 1920's and '30's, a sword-swinging do-right who rode all over Africa helping the helpless. Naturally, this young adventurer was played by...

... Christian Kane.

Does it lessen my manly self-image that I was bouncing up and down and exclaiming "It's Lindsey! It's Lindsey from Angel!"

History doesn't always repeat itself. Sometimes it merely shouts "Weren't you listening the first time?!?" and lets fly with a club.

It's funny that you mention that, because someone pointed it out to me yesterday too. I never saw the movie, but I may now that Christian Kane is no longer on Angel. Have to get my fix (ha ha)
