Hi everybody! 
Been reading my Sky magazine which dropped through my door today and Sky are wanting folks to vote for their top movies of 2006 including our BDM as one of the Scifi catagories choices.
I figure us browncoats can blast the other films out of the water if we vote on mass.
The site is www.skymovies.com and then follow the links to place your vote.
As an extra incentive every entry is entered into a draw to win a Sony 46in HD TV... Mmmm BDH life size... Drool...

was without a doubt the first one i clicked on. no hesitation. yes star wars may be great, a classic but every gorram person is going to vote for the sucker. us browncoats need to vote for the best damned heros!

just two very short, personal reviews/rants:
Star Wars Episode 3:
didn't have the charm, humour or class of the orignals. That, it felt like the story really lacked, more "scences need to be put here" (that and the "force pushing" bit was so corny and dire)
Budget: $100 odd Million
Serenity:
"Star - What?" Fun, classy, good story, best. bar fight. ever! It fitted togther, made sense, was dark, scary and sad, yet you couldn't help laughing your socks off. (That, and No force pushing!!!)
Budget: $40 Milllion
