I just heard about an Aussie, who is giving out free hugs. He had lived in London for awhile, and when he came back, he didn't know very many people. He started to hold up a sign that says, "Free Hugs." He was banned by the police because they thought someone might get injured. Some of the people were taking running jumps at the hugs. After he got a petition signed by 10,000 people, the ban was lifted. Apparently it's been on YouTube, and several people are taking up the campaign in their own part of the world. Sounds like a real Browncoat type story.

You know it's gotten to be a sick world when cops start banning hugs...

I want to know how it has gone with the thing you were doing with e-mailing Oprah . That is close to my heart since I had a similar thought . You might want to include the YouTube thingy with Meryl Streep introducing Joss for Equality Now and the thing with Morena accepting the Hugo for Joss . There are some great clips from the Firefly fandom on YouTube , also .
