*takes care of the skiff*

I hate daylight savings time. Screws up all my VCR pre-sets.

It's especially annoying when you don't know how to resset you clocks...
Last year I had my watch an hour fast the whole just because whenever I tried to set it, I would accidently make it be in military time or something...they need to make stuff less complicated!

I've always wondered why, now that we have electricity and all, why this silly thing hasn't been repealed. I say split the difference by 30 minutes and leave the bloody clocks alone.

Instead of repealing the nonsense congress has expanded it, claiming that it is an energy conservation measure. I'm not sure in what manner, since as you state we all have electricity.

They tried it in Wisconsin many moons ago and the children ended up going to school in the dark. They thought that was dangerous and went back to daylight savings time. No one thought to start school one hour later.
