Mondays are my official - no exercise break day, but I'll report in about my weekend activities.
Saturday - hour long Tai Chi class, only my second one and I'm the only newbie so lots of pratice to catch up. Kinda cute/funny my sifu (instructor) forgot this was only my second class and had me in w/ everyone else for the first bit. He sent me off with an older student with a "see how much she learned" umm that would be 3 steps last week LOL. Emily was sweet and very clear and got me thru another 3 steps. Several of the group are going to China for 2 weeks but the class will continue.
Sunday- 30 mins resistance training concentrating on chest and about 15 min cardio, 8 on the eliptical training and a whole 2 laps in the pool
I have lost 1 lb and 1 inch off (each) my waist, hips and neck. So not a lot of progress but enought to help keep me motivated.

Guess I could join, now that I have the chance...
I'd rather not post my stats, since I'm a minor and this is the free-for-all Internet; but, suffice it to say that I'm a little on the short side (over 5', under 5'4") but not in any way overweight (according to the BMI, I'm actually underweight... not that it matters a whole lot). I haven't really found a good exercise regiment (I don't have access to any facilities or equipment, so it's mostly push-ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks), but I don't have very good endurance, so having a fuller routine wouldn't do me a whole lot of good, at least for now. I'm working more on establishing the habit of doing some sort of physical activity every other day, and experimenting a little with some aerobics... and then, once that's set, I hope to also become more flexible.
So, in essence, my goals are to establish a health routine (although vanity does play a small role), and eventually increase my flexibility. If anyone has suggestions on easy (and, really, I mean easy) activities I could do (early in the morning, in a tight space), those would be appreciated, and you can either send me a message or post it here. Thank you!

Note to self: doing 20 minutes of cardio right before bed makes me a tired, thirsty insomniac.

Did a little core work around 10 last night. With the amount I did, I felt like a bit of a whimp, but...
::shrugs::
Better 40 crunches than nothing, right?

@YingYang:
Welcome
EDIT: I'm in a tight space, and I do push-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc. Basically most callisthenics should be fine.
Got in 1 1/2 hr walk about yesterday running errands and about the same goes for today.
Where is everybody?

Hey All!
YingYang, FWIW my health club told me, and keeps telling me, that cardio workouts are the key to increasing endurance and stamina. Perhaps you can find one of the mini steppers @used prices? They don't take up much space at all, can usually be shoved under a couch and can be a great cardio addition.
Tuesday - resistance and Cardio workout. Resistance focused on the chest and I managed 8 minutes on the elliptical trainer. 40 crunches 4 different sets of 10
Wed - strickly Cardio 7 min on upright bike - probably a bad idea as that made my left knee ache a lot. 9 min on ellipitcal: ave HR 143. 15 min on treadmill: Ave HR 137 45 crunches - used Keiser air machine, 3 sets of 15 35lb resistance.
Thursday - Resistance and Cardio. Resist focused on back muscles this time. New muscles discovered LOL! 11 minutes on ellipitical WOOT! double digit time
42 crunches 4 different sets 10/12/10/10
Friday - had to skip due to errands this morning - considering going for cardio tonight.
Happy workouts all!

Was out and about today again. Walking in a hilly place for another 1 or so.

Thanks for the advice! Maybe I'll just put together a few things and make my own, instead (I don't want to know what my parents would say if I asked them to drive me to the store to buy a mini stepper
)...Didn't do anything last night, or the night before. Was busy doing outlines and other readings for that damned government place.
