Mal/Inara Miranda Deleted Scene??

For those of you who have read the Serenity novelization and seen the pictures, Joss apparently filmed a scene where Inara and Mal had a tender moment just outside the shuttle on Miranda. This scene is of course NOT on the US release of Serenity's deleted scenes section, but I heard rumblings that it may be on one of the other regions? Does this scene exist? And does someone by chance it available online? I would be FOREVER grateful if anybody knew where I could take a look at the scene, preferrably online.

Yeah, if you get the Serenity Official Visual Companion and read the shooting script, there's the dialogue. You know the blooper where Mal goes "I've seen so much death..." and then starts dancing? Well, were it not for Nathan's wacky sense of humour, that's where he and Inara would have had a near lovey-dovey moment. God only knows why Uncle Joss left it out, but to the best of my knowledge it only exists in the film vault at 'Versal.

hahah yes i know of that scene, and that's one of the reasons I was wondering about the scene. And I weep for that scene, locked away in some studio vault...*tear* :(

I think that it is on the Australian release, I will have a look for you over the next couple of days. Maybe able to help you view the scene if you get my meaning.

It is not on MY Aussie release so let me know if it does exist somewhere

I haven't got mine to hand and may have misunderstood, but there are definately a couple of Mal/Inara deleted scenes. I'm just a bit cloudy as to which are on the Aussie release.
Which bit came out wierd???
It's still a good release if the scene is not on there, Joss's comments on the cut scenes from memory are quite thought provoking.

The scene I'm referring to is the one directly after the shuttle scene on Miranda, when the crew views the holographic message. Mal is outside, and I assume Inara follows him. In the bloopers, they have a shot of it. Mal says something along the lines of "I've seen so much death."
And I will love you forever if you could help me out with that scene, windie!

Sadly, the US release is lacking a bit in those scenes. Damn DVD... 
Every other DVD cover looks amazing compared to ours, as well
