something happens which elicits mass confessions
and crawlings-from-woodwork.

Wear a Firefly T-shirt and you may be surprised.
If you don't flush out a hidden 'Coat or two you
may be given the opportunity to spread the
Firefly love to those who've hungered for it
all their lives without knowing what it was.

Ok, so I'm moved. And I needed to say that because I'm about to disagree with you and I wanted you to know first off and foremost that I am very much moved by what I just quoted and my disagreement is secondary and as nothing in comparison.

So here's where I disagree, it is true that the signal can't be stopped, but they can take the sky from us, they did take the sky from us. It was only becasue of the passion of fans and makers alike that we got it back, and even then only for two hours.

To me that's the important part, we don't give up. Any sane person would have long ago thrown in the towel, any sane person would have given up before the movie was a go. We've moved beyond sanity onto love, passion if you like.
