One of my faves, and SO easy to use on a daily basis:
Jayne: "You are seriously damaging my calm!"
I know there's more to that line, but that's the gist of it.
And yeah, the dialogue in Firefly and Serenity is remarkable. To all the writers who made Firefly and Serenity a reality, I hope you don't mind if I use it as a textbook of sorts.

I just watched Shindig again and while the episode itself is just ok, there are sooooooo many good quotables in it. My fave has got to be:
