Serenity Jack-O-Lantern?

Okay, a couple years ago, someone had posted a pattern they made for a jack-o-lantern, even posted a pic of the complete project. Looked great! I even printed out a pattern for it at the time. Couple of years and a couple of moves later, any wonder I have no idea where it is?

Searching through old forums has just about turned my eyes inside out and I just seem to zone out and am soon reading fan fic about Mal (sigh....).

Can any fellow Browncoat help me out? I am not artistic enough to do one myself, trust me I tried. And I really don't know enough about Photoshop (et al.) to just find a good shot and make one that way. So here I am, on the corner of 'No' and 'Where', asking for help, links or even just a direction to go.
