Biked 2.5 miles and walked 4.25 miles at work tonight.

Must be off now. Apparently I have this exam tomorrow . . .

Been running around a lot due to training for the CFS state competitions, and also with running up and down hills dealing with fires.

If you find yourself getting too worked up about stuff that isn't real (RP Threads etc), then go outside, breathe in some fresh air and try feeding the ducks. (Because ducks don't care about your politics, religion, skin colour, choice of music or even your haircut. They like everyone, provided you bring them food.)

Sorry I have not been around of late. We had to leave town to settle some things for my father.

Anyhow, the wife and I will be working out together for the next six months while she trains for the Mrs Virginia Pageant in April. Kind of a mutual support thing for us.

Tonight will be our first workout together. I'll keep you posted.

Well, the state comps have been cancelled due to the fact that most brigades will be out dealing with fires, and unable to field a team. Which is fair enough, just means that my exercise levels may slip a little bit.
