Perhaps I'll email the FBI and report "Hero" for Obstruction of Justice. Oh, that's right, he's too chicken to tell us his name or where he allegedly works as a "state prosecutor" (probably just a paralegal). And we all know the FBI is too feeble to track down anything on the interweb, such as the particular kiddie "porn" bondage website at JacobsTales.com, which has such innocent statements under Johnny Gosch/Gannon photos, as "Pinch me am I dreaming?????" and "Quick, pull down his pants while you have the chance!"

Note that JacobsTales.com has now censored this poem (THANKS TO PIRATENEWS.ORG!) and replaced it with "less disturbing" poetry. Or did Hero do that? If so, then thank you Hero, you're my hero - but not in a gay way.
I can see why Des Moines copsters have zero interest in that website. NOT.
Adults and "children" should be aware of these predators, in order to devise successful defenses and prosecutions. Funny how schools and govts are full of these predators, and rarely prosecute them...

Is this Here's doins', or Noreen's or mine at PNTV? A lot of good folks have be reposting these disturbing photos, trying to kick the FBI to get to work. But they're too busy investigating pedophiles in Congress... A website "voluntarily" removing all photos (allegedly) is NOT the same as detective work and arrests, and recovery of kidnapped kids.
Noreen Gosch got her photos on her doorstep in an envelope, which were mostly the same photos posted on JacobsTales.com, except for a "dead" man with a noose around his neck, who was allegedly identified as one of her son's kidnappers (dead men tell no tales).

Tash, please. Labelling a non-pornographic picture "porn" doesn't make it porn. If it did, your picture of the little girl in the swimming pool would be porn. It ain't.
Side note: did you know that they show movies like "Tom & Huck" at NAMBLA meetings? They get off on seeing children, Tash. Doesn't make "Tom & Huck" pornographic.

I think the key is "taken as a whole" which includes context.
"Pornography" is a layperson's term, with no particular legal significance. Jones may believe that Penthouse is non-pornographic, while Smith believes that it is. Neither is incorrect.

I found the picture offensive and so did Haken or a mod.
It saddens me that certain member's of this site would try to defend PN simply because it was Hero who raised the red flag. IMHO, posting that picture somehow vindicates the picture taker, their sickness is being spread for all to see. PN's posts should stand on merit alone, why the need to 'shock and awe' with highly questionable pictures? I guess if the substance is lacking, flashing lights and pictures are the way to go.
And the not so subtle hint that a certain member 'enjoyed' the pic is irresponsible as well, IMHO.
Hero is a lawyer. If he thinks the picture is illegal I will have to bow to his greater understanding of the applicable laws.
Now go back to defending PN in this thread while castigating Foley in the other.

I agree and I first posted my thoughts and a request for the removal of the pictures in the thread. Later I had time to take a look at the actual law and found that I had a legal obligation to make a report and I saw the liability that this site was under just by having those pictures here. I promptly e-mailed Haken about it so he would not get in trouble, and started this thread.
As for courtesy, PirateNews deserved none.
