Does anyone know how the Sean Maher Postcard Project turned out? One of the Browncoats was collecting postcards from us to make into an album to give to Sean at Serenity 3. How did it go?

That's a shiny story. I wonder if the mangled post card from “MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA” could be from Magdalena. Reading her account of what happened makes me feel like I was sitting next to her as she gave the book to Sean.

All the cards I got at Dragon*Con went in :) I was impressed, I was expecting to slink over to the fan table on Monday morning to be told there was nothing in there, but there was a nice big stack! I got 11 from D*C, I think!

So yours will almost definitely have made it in - but if you want me to be 100% positive - where's it from?

Wooo Hooo!! From what Rachael said prior to the giving of the album I was the only one who sent a postcard form Melbourne!! I am so excited!! A real live Big Damn Hero received my (mangled...yes) postcard!!

Thank you Verse Explorer for pointing out this thread to me - it's made my day... and I had been wondering about it all!!

What a terrific description too Rachael! I felt all wobbly for you and got palpitations at the thought of Sean similing ... just for you.. AND calling out your name!!!

Well - there are more postcards where that came from - if anyone would like a postcard form Melbourne (hopefully not so mangled) please PM me and if I receive it (the PM - I don't really trust them all that much) I will be happy to send you a postcard from Melbourne Australia - it'd be shiney to say I'm corresponding all over the world!

Mine was from St. Petersburg, Florida. The Florida at Night postcard

I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you, I was the one who suggested having the collection at the Browncoat table (pats self on the back). I'm soooo glad it turned out so shiny!
