Firefly/Serenity RPG needs players!

Hi there,
We're in need of players for the characters of Simon and Jayne in a post-Serenity RPG.
I was advised by my fellow players to mention, as an incentive, that anyone who's interested in playing Jayne gets an instant girlfriend that looks like Angelina Jolie. ;)
We're also always open for new players with original characters, so, if you're interested, come on over. There's plenty to see.

His player had to leave the game for personal reasons, so that's why we're looking for a new player for him. We've had much more trouble finding someone to play Simon!

Follow the link, take a look around. You'll have to register so you can post. You can go to the OOC board and say hi, tell us a bit about yourself, and, well, tell us you want to play Jayne. The mods are there right now so they'll tell you what to do. We're all pretty easy going so you'll probably get the character without much trouble. Any questions you have about what's going on, ask there.
Right now, though, we're starting a kidnapping plot, where Atherthon Wing hires a Chinese Triad to kidnap Inara, so we're going to have a big damn rescue in the near future.

Well pardon my lack of technobabble but wo bu dong how a ruttin' RPG can be played with us all scattered on the Rim. I cannot see your dice if you are Taikonging it so far away. Then if you is talkin' bout some sort of MMORPG then I ain't got the rig for that.
Shifting out of some sort of character...I am setting up Serenity RPG (face-to-face) with local friends, but am curious how I could play Jayne or Simon (without or without an Angelina Jolie lookalike girlfriend)when I am not up for MUDing.
I do have a working knowledge of Chinese having been an East Asian history major and lived in Taiwan for three feichang rede yao ming de years.

We role-play in a message board. We write our posts in the message board and interact that way. If you prefer to play face-to-face, then this isn't the game for you, since we don't meet each other personaly (though we do talk online through various means).
