I actually thought - before I took the test - that I would either be fire or earth as I am a typical Leo with my moon in Scorpio - fire - and love the earth and environment! I love this thread - what the hell took me so long to join you all!?!?

Well, you could, but I'm not sure they'd want you as a member of their congregation if you did
You don't seem like a typical Leo at all to me (very unlike most Leos I have met) and you certainly don't seem too Scorpio (which is water, actually) But then that can be hard to judge as Scorpios always have more going on than what is seen.

I am quite a natural leader actually, very Leo, and an actor and very creative person too - but I learned to control my temper at an early age - saw what it did to others in my family! Oy!
I don't understand all the signs of the zodiac properly, but I know that having your moon in a sign is very different to having it as your sun sign! My sister is a Scorpio with her moon in Leo and we have a psychic connection at times... pretty cool actually!
Probably explains why we are so easy-going with the fire and water signs tempering each other...

Any questions you have about astrology, you can ask me. What I don't know, my mom will. She studied it for years; used to do horrid trig to make charts, even, before computers were easy to come by and could calculate all the angles in a flash! Anyway, she's also a perceptive woman and sees conections that not everyone sees. She's an excellent Astrologer. I keep trying to convince her to write a book about it, even if I were the only one to ever see it, because I want her vast knowledge!
A sun-moon conjuction would probably be a very emotional connection, since the moon is the 'planet' of emotion. Yes, the term planet is used loosely. Sorry.
The water signs are the most emotional and empathetic, which can magnify the effect of the moon. Cancer, particularly, since moon rules Cancer. Every sign has a ruling planet, you see, and they can magnify each other even more.
