Our district came up with this great plan, NOT. They control the heat/cooling from one central location for all the schools to be more efficient and they've decided to turn the heat on. Now my class is between two cooking classrooms and it's now 85 degrees in here due to the heater's one and only setting HIGH...I've had to prop my outside door open.So we have have heat pouring out of the building...which is true of lots of schools...the heat is incredibly overdone and since it's regulated by people in a climate controlled office building their idea of good temp and ours rarely meets...so mass amount of power gets wasted through open windows etc because no teacher wants to swelter or freeze and we can't control our own temp>>>>RANT OVER

MSG-That really sucks about the heat. Schools are totally incapable of regulating heat/cooling. My classes are either way too hot or absolutely frigid. And my landlord has yet to turn off the central air conditioning. Eek!

MsG, I'm sorry morons are in charge of heating your classroom. I worked at the mall here at one point, and they had that same thing of the heat being controlled from a 'central location'. I don't know how many states this is true of, but in Colorado, the temperature can vary from block to block! So that did not work well at all. And yet people keep trying. Dumb.

Kelkhil - your description makes you sound like a younger skinnier Jayne. This can only be a good thing in this world.
I've been caught out guessing on other folks before, mostly female. Men, I'm usually fairly close on, but women, I tend to picture the ones I get on with as dark. (I have an anti-blonde prejudice, I'm sorry. Not sure why - maybe it's a hangover from the 'popular' kids at school)

I'm probably way off on this, AnJL, but I tend to picture you as olive-skinned, with long dark hair and strong, well-formed features. And probably a little taller than me.

Let's see...probably relatively short, 5'5" or so, dark blonde hair, maybe shoulder-length or a bit longer and straight...light brown or hazel eyes.
And SpaceAnJL...hmm...you are most of the time bubbly and happy, love to cook...you are probably between 5'6" and 5'8", long curly brown hair with red highlights, pale blue eyes, and always have a smile.
