You know the exact date that you'll meet your true love? How does that work? This intetnets dating thing sounds amazing.

Oh yes. They said I would find someone if I signed up. I signed up for 1 month, so....

The internet is chugging away searching for the love of my life. You may experience some slowdowns in the coming days, but it's all in service of Rugbug's true love, so please don't be mad. Heh....

Breakfast this morning: The best kind of fruit and coffeecake...the kind that someone else made and brought in to work. Tastiness.

RugBug, wow...kinda got it down to a science-like thing, don't they?
Hey, if it doesn't work out, we're still here for you...if that's any help.
We have chocolate.

Good luck to all in finding a soul mate. I have and it's really, really good.

Did you ever notice how what originally drew you to someone is what ends up driving you crazy? "Air of calm" becomes "emotionally unavailable". "Effervescent personality" becames "irredeemable party girl". "Laid-back" becomes "lazy bum".

My husband claims that he was deceived. He started going out with me because I was a financially independent career woman who was up for the all-night restaurant when the bar closed. Now he's killing spiders for someone who goes to bed at 10 p.m.

I am hopeless at emoticons.

Back from greece!
It was excellent, Greek boys are the hottest in the entire world, its like my eyes were in heaven for two weeks, though none of them came anywhere near Alan Tudyk.....

Whats this I have missed??!!!?? Tristan is getting a divorce? WTF? Please explain!
hang on, just read you blog, you poor baby, *sends a virtual hug* hope things pick up for you soon!

NV: thats great that pyscobilly loved serenity, convert 'em early, I say.

PR: almost done my fist chapter, I'll send it over as soon as I've typed it up.

Fist day back to school today, me now being a year 11, , *blows raspberry of disgust* so lots of exams *blows a bigger raspberry of disgust*. The thing I love about first days back is seeing all the new tiny year sevens, all nervous and sweet, with their rucksacks that are bigger than themselves and their mum's walking them to their classrooms *aaaaaaaawwwwwwwww!*
Give it two weeks, and they'll be cocky little .

Howdy, RimGirl! You are right in that estimation...things do change. I went from the long-haired, sword-fighting Renaissance man who lived and breathed theatre to a mild-mannered, stay-at-home Insurance Agent...all in the space of about three years. What initially attracted my wife to me was no longer the reality. Life does funny things.

SBDB, welcome back! I assume you have a tan that's the envy of the city? And forget about the Greek boys...how was the food?
Thank you for the hug.
Good luck with school...and keep us informed!

Pleasure!

I'm golden brown, but my mum is dark brown, which she goes after 10 mins in the sun. I am so jealous. I am browner than anyone else at school though.

Ohh, the food was fantabulous!!! Its the only time every year when I get proper tsatsiki, Horiatiki (greek salad - with no lettuce(blegh)
meatballs, dolmades and stuffed tomatoes! I love how they stew the meat, so you just have to look at it falls off the bone, mmmm.
And, of course, the baklava. Proper baklava should be so full of honey, that you can eat it with a foot long knife and fork and still get you hands sticky!

I don't know why, but all the fruit and veg always tastes nicer over there, and so much bigger. They have gorgeous peaches you can't pick up with one hand, and watermelons the length of my arm!

oohh, My mouth's watering now!
