Costuming query...Independent Army

I saw at least one Independent army costume at D*C and have seen a few here and there...I was wondering if this is something a lot of people would be interested in recreating. My grand plan is to have enough Browncoat soldiers at next years' D*C to outnumber the 501st!
Ideas, comments, anything?
I am planning on building one of these as my next project.

Some D*Con-goers are probably still getting home and re-grouping.
Also, are you putting this out on other boards?
Might be some recruits elsewhere.

Independents may beat the 501st in time.
