That sounds wonderful but a little beyond what I normally have the energy for. My salad recipe goes something like:
1) Chop up every vegetable you can find in the fridge into tiny pieces
2) Pour on a load of balsamic vineger
3) Eat
4) Peer wistfully into the empty bowl and dream of Prawn Cocktail crisps!

Well you can make a double recipe of the dressing ahead and just keep it in the fridge or continue with the baslasmic vinegar thing...also you can fry a large batch of the garlic portabello mix and just microwave when you're ready:)It's just nice 'cause it tastes kind of like a steak salad and then I can trick myself into believing it was filling:)

no no silly penguin the point is for you to do it:) However the one dish chicken I put in there is basically an open can and dump it in kind of recipe and it makes great leftovers:)
