Hello Everyone!

So, the hotel has FINALLY gotten back to me as of 2 minutes ago and I have 10 rooms set aside for us.

We're staying at the Best Western Clarmont Inn and Suites, 650 High Street South which is downtown. Their # is 614-228-6511. When you reserve your room, please state that you are with the Firefly group.

The rates are $71 + 16.75% tax ($82.90) per night for one or two people. Additional persons will be $6 + tax ($7.01) per night and so are rollaway beds. This is how it would shape up then:

Per Night

1 person = $82.90
2 people = $82.90 ($41.45 each)
3 people = $89.91 ($29.97 each) with rollaway bed = $96.92 ($32.31 each)
4 people = $96.92 ($24.23 each)

Unfortunately, they do not serve a continental breakfast...:-(

There are data ports in the rooms as well as a coffee maker. Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. There is a cocktail lounge on the premises.

The price for all the events is $90. Here is the itinerary and a price breakdown in case there is something you don't want to do:

Friday

5-8 Meet and greet with finger food available ($10 - room and food)
8-10 Costumes and Trivia ($10 - room and prizes)

Saturday

9-10 Panel Discussion ($5 - room)
11-5 COSI ($20 - admission and a movie)
7-10 Chinese Dinner (order-in) with Filking and Games after ($20 - room, food and prizes)

Sunday

9-10 Panel Discussion ($5 - room)
11:30-1:30 Lunch ($10 - food)

T-shirt ($10)
