I didn't know a thread from an alias.
I didn't know how to post pictures.
Hell I found I didn't know much about Firefly.
But here I am.
There is a forum to ask tech questions called "Immediate Assistance" and it already as some of the information you would like to know. Also there are people here who can help if you ask.
You are not alone in this verse. Step in and get wet. I bounce from post to post and continue to learn and so will you. If you are new, than let welcome you to this wonder site. Watch Firefly and read the posts on the different topics about the show to learn about subtle things Joss has done to make show special.
Give yourself time and you will discover all the different things we do here.

I think we could squeeze the end of the world in sometime in february. Right after the superbowl might work. The ratings should be good with that lead in. Unless the game is really boring and everybody nods off.

i love a good (or bad, or random or ANY) excuse to dress up and Pirate day is one of my favourites! i even have little scull shaped shot glasses to get smashed from.
Its great in my Masters classes at Uni, where everyone is VERY serious and then i walk in dressed like a pirate! (or in Browncoat stuff, or Buffy stuff etc etc. i really don't need a reason at all)
