As for the squid...I shall peruse some lovely squid stew recipes and fetch my knives...I'd best make some bread to go with:)( Actually, I'm making chicken ascaza, with sour cream, worcestershire sauce, and chipotle peppers and a bit of aged parmesan crust, wild rice, salad, and I haven't decided on dessert)
