Has anyone spotted any bloopers in our BDM or BDS?

One I see from the BDM is when Simon gets shot, and Inara holds pressure on his wound, the fingernails of one hand are polished and those on the other hand aren't. (I don't *think* that's deliberate...could be a Companion thing, but I don't think so.)

One I spotted straight away in The Message, was Jayne's hat suddenly reappearing on his head a moment after taking it off in respect for the apparently dead Tracy.

Yep, this sort of thread's been done before, but then there's always newbies so why not.

Okay, I know that everyone already knows this one but I just had to post it 'cause it's so silly. In the pilot right after they escape from the reavers Wash is holding his hands out like he's controlling the ship, but he's not actually holding anything, he's only pretending.

They did that because Joss wanted to get a specific shot and they couldn't get it any other way. He actually mentions it in the commentary.

Easy one: When the Operative is looking at Mal's record, his first name gets spelled incorrectly twice.

Another one is when the crew first went inside the Maidenhead, if you look at one of the sercurity feeds, Mal and Jayne are already there.

Right when Rance is walking out of the room with the "baby" before Nandi gets shot, you can clearly see that it's a doll for a second, then they cut away and it's a baby in the next shot.

Oddly , I noticed that straight away when the episode first aired . Likewise the bit where Inara is holding the yoke 'upside down'. In the first instance she's holding a black inverted yoke similar to Wash's , but in a subsequent episode , she has a white yoke , right side up , and it's mounted in a different location .

I always thought the empty-handed Wash bit was just to illustrate that Wash was still unconsciously 'in the Zone' after making their escape with the crazy Ivan . If Joss had never said anything about it in the commentary , I would have continued to think that , because 'zoning' with the flying is so much a part of Wash's character !

A little 'continuity' error from the BDM is in the Mal and Book 'death scene' . There's a bit of white debris on the side of Book's head . First it's not there , then it is , then it's not . Really not a big deal , but I noticed it on the first screening of the BDM .
