We can put lactose in it, which the yeast doesn't eat, for the sugar. Won't be ready in 6 days but I have a year to perfect it. Shiny :)

Also, is that food pyramid in order, or just a grouping of the major three intakes of necessary substances?

Uh-oh...now y'all have done it. He's on a roll. ;)

But actually caffeinated beer already exists. In the US, Anheuser-Busch has BE (it's actually B to the E power, but that's hard to write on the board here). It tastes like Budweiser mixed with Red Bull. A-B also produces Spykes, which is a caffeine, ginseng and guarana malt beverage that you can add to beer in flavors like chocolate and mango. They serve it at the beer pavilion at Sea World here in Orlando.

And Jimi--I think the pyramid rotates according to how tired or sober you are. *g* Or at least it does for me.

Yeah, I have seen the B^e and one called Sparks, never heard of the Spykes. In any case, mixing the watered down taste of Budweiser with the not so pleasant taste of Red Bull sounds outright disgusting to me. I plan to make a sweet stout, using lactose as a sweetened as previously mentioned, and it should be %7-9 alcohol when I am done with it. Now all I have to do is find caffeine in volume so I am not stuck crushing up No-Doze pills.

103.5 hours.

Hurricane Ernesto...

Looks like we might be getting wet! I hope it clears out by Saturday. Gots my fingers crossed and eyes on the weather.

At lest the heat won't be oppressive.

"I have been here many times before In a life I used to live
But I have never seen these streets so fresh Washed with morning rain
I have seen this face a thousand times Every morning of my life
But I never saw these eyes so clear Free of doubt and pain
Like the whole world has been made again."

A public reply to Light Me Dark, from cozen.

*ahem, cough*

I'm aiming for 9 a.m. arrival chez vous. On to Beantown, pick up the one who is no longer a spwhore, eat crepes, drive until silly-tired, find motel.

How's that sound?

Okay, that's it!

I was going to make Pad thai for dinner, but I will not have you say you don't like it so I'm going to make manicotti instead.

You will eat it and you will like it and NO ONE is allowed to complain.

*stamps foot*

crepes are yummy. Try them. You might like them.

Ok, since I don't seem to see it on this post (which is rather surprising) I posting the links for SEBC and Atlanta Browncoats pages for DragonCon. They both mention the shindig, but Atlanta Browncoats has more information than SEBC does. Anyway, have a look, and I look forward to seeing everyone there!
