i'm not sure why i picked this, it's one of a long list of usernames and handle's i've used over the last few years. s'what my subconcious cropped up with from somewhere when i signed up at myspace, used it here as well ^^

I got it back in law school. One of my fellow editors of the law school magazine gave me this name to use as an occasional non de plume, so it didn't look so much like the magazine was basically just a vanity press for the three or four of us editing the thing :)
Anyway, I liked it and I've kept it for "fun" (as opposed to commercial or political) online stuff. It's kind of silly and I've realized, in retrospect, it's a lot less pretentious than some of the alter ego names I used as a kid.

I use Allisa on every site I can (Dragonmount, EZ boards, WoW sites). As a wannabe writer I figured my actual name was too boring lol (Lisa, I was named for Presley's daughter *sigh*)
Allisa kind of means (to me anyway) A Lisa tho others have told me it makes them think of All Lisa All the Time lol..weirdos
