Oh Jailbait - I didn't think Edinbugh could be all that bad - it's got you in it! But I must admit I'm more of a pub girl... you usually can hold a conversation in a British pub and there's all that cider... mmmmmmmm... cider... I will make it there for the festival one year - it's on my 'things to do whilst alive' list ('before I die' means the same thing...) Can't imagine that job-hunting is any fun when you also need a roof over your head, bet that's a bit of a catch 22 situation...

Australia is fine thaks for askin' Space angel! It's almost the end of winter here and there are blossoms coming out on the trees and magnolia's are in bloom... wattle is too - the golden wattle is glorious and I love it, pity it gives me severe hayfever... but I don't mind takin' a few antihistamine every so often... don't you just love the first signs of spring?

OK, catch up, catch up, have to make it a fast post because I have to write the first chapter of my new Wash fic: Three of A Kind before I go on my jolies. Clubbing: I went to the under 18's night twice at my local night club and hated it. I would so much rather have a sleepover with all my friends and watch dvds. Plus, pajamas are so much less restricting than clubbing clothes. Not that i actually have any...
Seryn: gotta agree with you there. it never ceases to amaze me how much the general public gets on my nerves. Individuals are great but masses and masses drive me mad!
GRRARG: that film would be "A Knights Tale" The historical inaccuracies make me crazy (I spent the whole of Troy going That didn't happen, thats wrong, he didn't die till later, etc, as Ancient Greece is one of my interests), but its is a good film, none the less, though mainly because it has the unfailingly hot and fantabulous Alan Tudyk in it, albeit with a terrible English accent.

Hey all, just popping in to say hi. Hubby and I just got back from Bats Day in the Fun Park ([link] http://www.batsday.net/). We went as observers (aka "Goth-watchers") rather than as Bats ourselves. I'm a reformed Goth as it is.
Whenever we go to Disneyland, we have a point system for things that we see -- a point for a family all wearing the same shirt, a point for a couple wearing the bride and groom Mickey ears, that sort of thing. There's a whole sub-set of the rules especially for Bats Day, where we count elaborate parasols, and Baby Goths all decked out, etc.
Kinda got me thinking how cool a Browncoats day at Disneyland would be. Dunno if I'd dress up or just go to count the number of fantastic costumes, but it'd be fun either way.

I think we should have a day when we all go out in our browncoats and make ourselves visable, sounds like a cool idea to have a day like that in Disneyland, unfortunetly for me theres the small matter of the Atlantic to halt my efforts.

Hey guys...Had a lovely weekend. Nice brother in law came to stay, went to the zoo, and went to the firefry( bbq for firefly fans Utah Browncoats activity) and had a ball! Hope everyone's weekend went well. I may not be on tomorrow as I am in meetings all day:( I will try to get on when I get home.
