I was so winded that I was about to say I am 29, realized a few secs later I am actually much younger. 
I am 2 years late into Firefly and Serenity. Been here a week. Loved it.

Using a vestigial mode of time measurement based on solar cycles, I came up with 35 years old.
Morbid and creepifying I got no problem with, so long as you do it quiet like.
