I know they are bad guys, but I have developed a new affection for Daleks. I don't know what they were like back in the day, but the Eccleston Doctors Daleks are all shades of creepy.

Daleks aren't robots. They have a squishy little Kaled mutant in them, so they are really just envro-suits. Or tanks with plungers in case of a stopped drain. D@mn you, Davros!

While I love V.I.N.Cent from The Black Hole I'd really have to go with the other floatybot, B.O.B. I mean, V.I.N.Cent just seemed like Kitt from Knightrider as a robot. But B.O.B. was Slim Pickens. Now that's cool.

Of course Dr. Smith would have to tag along. You can't separate them. It would be like separating Abbot and Costello, only worse.

I can't believe no one's mentioned him yet. He's regarded as the only robot in sci-fi history that isn't either an effeminate wimp or a psycotic killing machine. I am of course talking about.....

You know what, practically every robot that you see on FUTURAMA was great as well. My favorite cameo one was Hedonism Bot that came in on the fourth season. Just the fact that there's a robot made to serve no purpose but to eat grapes and act like a Roman senator is just great.

"Surgery? In an opera? How wonderfully decadent. And justy as I was beginning to lose interest. Jumby, the chocolate icing." (has it slathered all over him) "Ohhh, oh my yes, hhmmmhmmmhmmmm."
