And Mr. Universe? I know there were spoiler issues for a long time, but did we ever actually have a thread to say our goodbyes and drink to their memory?

If not, could we maybe organise one? When is the board's busiest time? When would suit most people?

Just throwin' this out there. The Wash wake party event got me thinking. It's okay if no one else is interested

I'm interested. Unfortunately, I'm much too new to know if such a thing has occured.

I knew I shouldn't have taken down the "Hoban Washburn Memorial Tower of Empty Beer Cans".

Anyone want to help me create a virtual new one? *places empty can of PBR on the floor and lights a candle next to it*

Feel free to add the empty container of your bevarage of choice. First person to knock it over has to...er...um...set it back up again!

in May of 2005 when so many of us saw the Advanced screenings there seemed to be so many folks who were freaked out (wanting to set up websites to force Joss to change his movie) that a proper period of mourning was definitely disturbed...
I did honor Wash & Book in my scrapbook by placing flowers by their pictures (but not telling my friends & family what happened since they were waiting until Sept 30th to see it for the first time).

So I'll raise my drink in memory of my beloved dearly departed....and add the can to the wall.

(always remembering that ALL the actors signed up for the sequels and I'm hoping that Wash/Alan and Book/Ron will have bigger roles in the sequels, due to flashbacks or dream sequences....

Select to view spoiler:

or maybe even clones and andoids...

Oh, I was just going to take back our recyclables but this is better!

* adds many cans to the tower *

Alas for our departed heroes. They made us laugh, they made us think, they helped make us Browncoats. What more could we ask?

I recall...Serenity in Fall...how you got shot in the chest, what a mess, I confess..

In honor of Wash, I built a surfboard DVD rack emblazoned with a leaf on the wind, and a little portrait.
