I live in Jackson and am currently unemployed. I could try to make it. I have a friend I could bring too.

I checked the site for Connor O'Neill's though and it says you got the address wrong. You wrote 618 Main Street.
It's actually 318 South Main Street. Adding the south just puts you in a smaller area to look.

And can you change the thread title maybe. I'm not sure if it's possible but just suggesting.

I'm sorry if I came across as picky and annoying. Just don't want folks to get lost is all.

The thread title was my meaning as you said the shindig was on the 25th, not the 18'th. Again,not sure if you can or not. Just some folks might ignore the thread cause of the title. Some only respont to the title message.
25th is kinda short notice but less so than the 18th.

Again, not trying to be annoying. Just trying to be helpful.

I get that you're trying to be helpfull, but you have to understand that me and another Browncoat are just trying to do something nice for the Firefly community, and since we announced a shindig everyone and there brother has been complaining about one thing or another-"I don't like the date" "I don't like the time" "I don't like the city" "I don't like the title of the thread" I have already changed the address mistake and I changed the thread title to indicate the new date when I reposted the change, I really don't know what else to do

OK, so seriously. I am ONE person, I can not make the entire Firefly community happy, I am simply trying to bring people together to have a good time, clearly that was my fault for thinking people would like the idea. Maybe it's just because I am having a VERY bad day, but I have just about had it with the whole plan! So either people can come and have a good time or they can complain some more and say mean things to me, whatever, I don't care any more, and frankly I have wasted too much time feeling bad and stupid for trying to help organize something everyone could attend!

I can not tell you how luck you are that you said something nice as opposed to something mean! I have had such a bad day and I am feeling very combative, and I don't want to fight or alianate myself, but when people are not nice it makes me extra cranky! Anyways thanks for the hugs, I can really use them today!

I see in my browser that the title is still saying August 18, I am not sure why that is, when I log into FFF.net it has the updated title "Ann Arbor, MI Shindig August 25 New Date" So that must be an error on FFF.net's part, becasue I really did change it as soon as I found out the date changed!

Sorry for the title confusion, I really did change! I don't know how to correct it as it shows correct on my screen...

I guess i could just creat a new thread...that might work..
