I seem to have started a thread
firefly limericks will dance in my head
So give it your best shot
A pro I am not
I will spout them even once I am dead

the story of her "life" soon unfolds
but it was all a trick
she stole the ship somethiing quick
and left mal with a bump on the noggin
OK so it dont rhyme!

I'll try to try to do anything once{hey I'm honest}
never wrote a limrick before, atleast not that I can remember-- so here it goes---
I'm out of gas
and I'm out of luck
those guy's at fox
they sure do suck
I don't care
I'm still free
cause you CAN'T

A love story is what I'll be tellin
there'll be fightin and kisses and yellin
there are nine on the ship
out for a wild crazy trip
their cargo out for the sellin
They had River under Locks
Til Simon took her and put her in a box
The search was on
for their expereiment was gone
Simon is new to the school of hard knocks
You flying with us said Kaylee
I am afraid though this ride it aint free
But Book brought along
Strawberries, story and song
and took a ride in a Firefly aught three
Now comes the rotten old fed
Who Malcolm will shoot in the head
He started a melee
then he shot Kaylee
Its ok now because he is dead
Inara I haven't forgotten
Malcolm treated her rotten
Her feelings were hurt
her response was quite kurt
Do you think her sheets are of cotton?
But I digress, lets get on with the story
From this point things get quite gory
I am afraid that its true
Two by Two hands of blue
continue reading for news there is more-y
Mal had taken a job for some looting
To Badger he took it who was waiting
to give Mal a hardtime
then he took the hardline
and left Mal on precarious footing
To Patience Mal had to turn
that bridge Zoe said we should burn
Mal said top making a fus
she had a reason to shoot at us
and with her at least there is money to earn
To Zoe Mal should have listened
A snipers gun in the sun did glisten
Jayne dispatched him with ease
Killed Two-Fry before he could sneeze
Patience' horse I think she'll be missen
Simon and River, Mal threatened to leave
Jayne Watched Kaylee hoping not to grieve
But Simon does rock
for he's a top doc
So Mal won't give them the heave

The Train Job:
From the moment they met Niska it was very plain,
The crew of Serenity were to rob a passenger train,
They’d meet up in the mountains again with Crow,
Starting off with Malcolm and Zoe,
Then be met during the heist with superman Jayne,
Not wanting to appear as thieves or crooks,
The Alliance guard gave Mal and Zoe nary a look,
They stole all of the town’s goods,
Made out like regular hoods,
But Paradiso’s medical supplies is what they’d found they’d took,
Now at Paradiso the passenger train did come to a stop,
But happy about the heist the two of them felt not,
Seems they’d had a change of heart,
Beginning over they wished to start,
And forget they would the whole train robbery plot,
Of their marriage the sheriff was a bit suspicious,
He searched the passengers onboard the train for a witness,
Inara came and saved the day,
Slapped poor Mal across the face,
Indentured man seems he’d gotten into her business,
Aboard the ship they told Crow they had changed their minds,
And the return of Niska’s money he would be sure to find,
Crow told Mal “ Keep the money,”
“ When I find you it won’t be funny.”
With a kick into the engine Mal sent his behind,
Of the medical supplies Mal and Zoe did bring them back,
But point of interest the ways of stealth they did well lack,
By the Sheriff they were caught,
Seems they were the two he’d sought,
But letting them go was no myth just plain and simple fact,
The crew of Serenity left without so much as coin or glory,
And for this job all felt really sorry,
With Crow in pieces they headed into the black,
And not one time did the crew look back,
As for Niska’s revenge, well that’s another story.

Mal and Zoe started flying Serenity to be free
Into space to hover over people like you and me
There crew did increase
With every aunt, uncle, and niece
Now they are stuck with this hugh family

Whose shooting could make Kaylee shiver
'till a mean bounty hunter
Made plans to abduct her
But thankfully failed to deliver
