Latest Adventure: "What more could go wrong.."
In which:
After leaving a succesful job on Three Hills, ex-crew member Wolf attacked the crew (under orders from Niska), nearly killing Mal and leaving everyone else badly injured. With the bad guy caught the crew headed off to John T. T. F's brothers moon, unkown to them, being chased by Pirates (no not THAT Pirate 
)...
Who knows what will happen next...
but you gotta remeber the rules?
We're open to all authors and writing styles. This thread is just for fun! However, we do ask that a couple of simple rules be followed:
No killing of other author’s characters or of canon characters. In that vein, try to keep canon characters acting like themselves.
Please try to post with consideration for fellow authors and with some consistency to current story lines.
Sub-plots are great and we welcome them, but please try to make them fit into the current stories as much as possible.
Oh, and please keep things as close to PG as possible. If you have a more adult scene you'd like posted, send it to Ertia and She'll put it up on her site.

John picked himself off the floor and ran to Kaylee the lurch had caught her under the engine and shee had bumbed her head...hard. He pulled her out and check her head she was bleading quickly he carried her through the cargo bay to the infirmary.
"Simon" he yelled as he entered the slightly overcrowded room. Simon ran over and look at her she had crackedher skul on something. He lied her down and started working John walked into the cargo bay when as sudden as the first the ship lunged into a spin.

Okay...where were we? Oh yes...being boarded. Again. By pirates. Again.
Ertia pulled herself up from the floor and frowned. "What the hell was that?"
She was on her way upstairs to the bridge when the ship jolted again.
"Magnetic grappler." Wash's voice came over the com. "Prepare to be boarded, people."
"Again?" Ertia frowned. This ship was not the one she'd signed on to so long ago. In fact, why the hell did she stay? 'Mal. Kaylee. Zoe. Wash. River. Pain. Fly. Even Simon.' No, she'd risked everything for this ship, and to hell if anyone was going to board it without her permission!
She slapped the com, "Kaylee?"
"She's down." John's voice came back.
"I need airlock override protocol transferred to the cargo bay." She answered as calmly as she could, "Can you do it?"
Her hands were already reaching for the suit, pulling it on. "JAYNE! PAIN! Get grenades, get a suit and get yer butt down here!
Everyone else, seal up everything that leads to the bay! EVERYTHING! DO IT NOW!"

*Pain stumbled to the com, hit the talk button and replied*
You got it babe. Two burly mercs with grenades comin' down.
*Pain clicked off the com and headed for the cargo bay quickly followed by Jayne. Jayne muttered to Pain as they quickly walked down the stairs and into the cargo bay*
Gorram pirates are strtin' ta get on my nerves.
*Pain replied as he headed over to where the suits were stored*
Yeah me too. Hey babe would it be shiny if'n we armed ourselves with guns too?

"Only what we have a case for, babe. We're gonna blow their gorram airlock from inside our cargo bay." She's already harnessing her suit to the cargo rails with webbing.
She sees Jayne tense up in anticipation, his face turning serious as he comprehends her plan. "We're gonna space the hwoon dahns."
"That's the plan." She clips their harnesses to the rails, giving them enough tether for mobility while ensuring that they don't get sucked out, then slaps the com again, "JOHN! OVERRRIDES? Have you got them?"
Glancing at Pain she blows him a kiss before picking up her helmet. "They'll lock in and try to blow our lock, thinking that we're barricaded against them. But I'm going to open the doors...If John can get me those overrides! ...and then..."
She gestures the grenades in their hands... "We're gonna lose pressure fast when those go off."

*Pain puts on his suit with the help of Jayne. He does the same for Jayne, taking one of the helmets and putting it on. He motioned to Ertia to help him secure it and said to her*

She grinned up at him, loving him more in that second than in all their time together. "Love you to, babe."
Then her grin faded and she glanced to Jayne, gave him a nod to make sure he was ready, and hit the com one more time. There was jolt as the airlock seal of the other ship hit Serenity's . "Zoe, you ready? Everything locked up? If this don't work, you guys have to be ready."
