Howdy BDT!
I'm in the Dallas area! Glad to have you on board. And yeah, it was 105 deg here yesterday, too!
Somedays, that coat gets a little hot...
Has FollowMal found you for your coat fitting yet? She'll be around before long.

A big Welcome home to recruits
HeightsRaider (21382)and BDT (21398).
Your coats should be along soon enough.
I'm on strawberry duty because I can
always find some and don't shrink from
using unconventional methods to acquire
them. Two big dishes of berries coming
up!
Also on offer are Mudder's Milk and modest
amounts of Tullimore Dew, courtesy of RMMC.
Buffet is in the galley upstairs here and
along the catwalk. Cheese is just warming up
and wife soup is simmering. Ice planets are
in the cooler, bottom shelf.
Please do not step on the ShipsCat or into
her dish.

Well, welcome,BDT! I hail from Austin (or near enough) my ownself. Good to have you aboard.
We gotta go to the crappy town where I'm a hero.

Of course, for Alan, that town is Plano, Tx

Hi, BigDamnTexan. I'm a Lone Star boy by birth (Wichita Falls), though a yankee otherwise.
When FollowMal gets preoccupied, I like to offer new folks a 'coat from my pile of recycled ones. They're a bit worn and patched and don't have that fresh-tanned scent, nor do they necessarily fit quite right, but they've got history. Pick one out if you wish, and drop it back in the storeroom after FM gets to you with a new one.
Welcome, and enjoy your time on this old boat.

HOWDY Rcat & Doncoat ! Thanks for the welcome! Been out around Austin, had me some fun up that way. Nice place--- A worn coat would be just fine, sometimes they can be abit more comfy. Thank you!
