Sorry, but Badger isn't a villan.

He a professional middleman and fixer, and in that line of business, a certain level of ruthlessness and of course, nameless thugs are just a part of business as usual.

Badger doesn't actively try to hurt the BDH, nor does he try to especially help them, he just sees that the work is done, and everything is followed through (taking the crew hostage in Shindig) was just a way to stop them busting Mal out of Wing's house, and ultimately causing trouble for badger.

In light of that, it was just self interest, not villiany that causes him to ber nasty, but he's not a baddy.

So...you reckon he was a blameless pawn in 'Those Left Behind'?

I class Atherton Wing as a villain or a jerk anyway.

But favourite: Yo-So-Bridge.

Can i say Fanty & Ningo from the BDM. It cracks me up the way they say 'domestic troubles'.

From the BDS tho it'd have to be badger.

Saffron is my favorite villain because she had the good sense to make Mal take off his pants. What...not a good enough reason? I actually liked Jobal Early the best, with his weird philosophies and scariness. The guy who played him was an incredible actor as well.

I see Badger as a villain because in the show he is an opposing force to our heroes. Technically, yes he does give them jobs and do business, but he is shown as someone opposing the main characters.
