Anyone got a preference as to what's in the two crates at dock 4, or would you prefer it to be a surprise? I've got a couple of ideas perculating.

I know you introduced them, Maniac. Did you have something in mind, or were they just a McGuffin? How big were those crates, anyway? I know they said small, but is that whisky case small, coffin small (been done ), loaded pallet small, or however big I need them to be? I may have to stea...ummm..borrow a truck to get them to the ship.

I don't mind a lick if you make those crates any size you need Geezer. I initially was thinking a little smaller than a washing machine size, but what works, works.

RavenWW, your character might benefit from being in some sort of partnership with Thorne/Geezer, as he also was Alliance. Perhaps you two can be working together or some such? ... or maybe you're related and Thorne never goes off-world without taking his brother? (ha ha!) Or you might be tailing Thorne because you think he's someone who can help you... that would lead you near Serenity. Whatever you like is fine with me. Be creative.

Maniac, that's a great idea! Having them be connected in some way makes getting Raven into the game a lot easier!

Raven: Suggestion for an avatar - if you want to put a person pic there, great; how 'bout if you kept the Blue Sun logo and just the international "no" symbol (the big red circle with the line through it) over it? (just a smart alec idea)

ok, here goes.
Brink Helsing is a white, thirty-something looking man of mals hieght and build. He wears a black trenchcoat, similar to Simons, but with red inside, rather than white as a shirt. He has visible tattoos up his neck, with some sort of design. He has black hair, and eyes that are blood red (reasons will become apparant later). He looks like a vampire would in this day and age, and carries a pistol and a short stick about the size of a policemans nightstick.
