Isn't there an entire Monty Python song with many, many different names for it?
It's true there's more names for their junk than our junk... But think of how many different words for "breasts" there are. Maybe not quite as many, but a lot.
Point of interest, there are more ways of saying "insane" than any other word in the English language I have found so far.

phoenixrose - I believe that in Monty Python's "The Meaning of Life" Graham Chapman, playing a Protestant clergyman, refers to his "John Henry" at some point.
As far as the rest of the package goes I think "the knackers" is a UK term.
