Well first of all work is very expensive in germany. They'd probably charge you 100$ to change a light bulb. I could get some friends to elp me do it myself, but the parts are still pretty expensive. At least when you don't earn any money yet.
Actually I'm done customizing/tuning my car, cuz it#s just to expensive. Espacially with the german laws. You need a permition for just about anything you do with your car. The neon lights I have are actually illegal too, because somebody could get distracted by them 
. If you want to get any exotic non conventional parts for your car the TÜV will have to test them, which will cost about 300-1000 bucks 
Afterall Germany is still the motherland of bureaucracy.
I hate laws. Espacially since they're made by morons. Morons shouldn't be allowed to make laws. But since only morons are allowed to make these decisions I guess it's never gonna happen.
I hate morons, but they're crawling just all over this planet (<--- just some random thoughts I'm having due to my drunkness and the fact that it's 4:30 am over here

Civic1 wecolme to the boat. Don't mind the taste of mudders milk ( I remember I didn't like the first sip of beer I ever had) just drink up and enjoy yourself. There are plenty of good folk about. And if you find one you don't like well just shoot 'em, politley.
excuse me that last part was a joke. Just shoot'em. there dosesn't have to be anything polite about it at all
