Mal over pretty much anyone (the only exception I can think of is an Empire-era Solo.)
In some shots he looks very much to me like Michael J. Fox - guess it's a Canada thing. I love MJF but never thought of him as 'hot,' just notice a resemblance sometimes.
Nathan, though - hmm. While he is gorgeous and from all that I've read (and heard on the commentaries) quite funny and charming, he's just a bit too youthful & boyish to me. He's wonderful, but when he's Mal he's really got it going. He could say anything in the low rumbly choked-up "I aim to misbehave' voice and I'd melt into a large gooey puddle.
They both have incredible shoulders. Nothing flashy, just... nice.
And of course Adam is hot as hell. How nice of TPTB (Joss) to give everyone something nice to look at
