A bunch of Firefly episodes and actors are up for awards this year: http://www.syfyportal.com/genre-awards/2006/index.php
We can vote once a day for 30 days. Lets get some excitement generated about this so when it comes up, we will win! How cool would it be if Firefly won after 4 years of being off television! Lets makes it happen! Here are the categories that Firefly is in:
Nathan Fillion, "Firefly" – nominated for Best Actor/ Television
Nathan Fillion, "Serenity" – nominated for Best Actor/ Movie
Adam Baldwin, "Firefly" – nominated for Best Supporting Actor/ Television
Summer Glau, "Serenity" – nominated for Best Actress/ Movie
Gina Torres, "Serenity" - nominated for Best Actress/Movie
Christina Hendricks, "Trash," Firefly – nominated for Best Special Guest/ Television

(Question: should we all vote for either Gina or Summer for best actress? Might be better to pool our votes. I think Summer has a better chance of winning, but Im personally a fan of Gina's character better. But, I think we should stick with Summer for she has a better chance because of more face time on the movie)
