I do wear contacts, Jossisagod, and have since I was twelve. But when you have contacts, you still need glasses to 1) get from bed to the bathroom where you can put contacts in, 2) be lazy when you don't feel like putting contacts in, and 3) have a backup way of seeing if, for any reason, you cannot wear your contacts. So, getting new glasses for backup. Still want them to look nice, even if I don't wear them much.
So, I'm confused as to the pumping out more threads. Meaning I shouldn't let them get as long or what? 150 posts is generally when my dial-up starts to complain, so that's been my number of choice. If FMF is having issues with that, I can try starting them sooner. A lot of these serial threads let the posts get upwards of 200, though, and it really makes sense because you don't want to take up the whole board. But if she wants it cut back to 100 or something I can try that, I suppose.
