but when I look down the list of subjects discussed here in the 'general' area...
I see all the random nonsense
male/female imponderables
dating advice
anime discussions
and a whole lot of stuff that have a LOT less to do w/Firefly and/or Joss than a simple DVD discussion
(he DID relate it to his owning Firefly DVDs after all...so an attempt at being on topic was there)

I already had all seven seasons when The Chosen Collection came out. I bought the collection and gifted the seperate seasons to my roommate, whom I got into Buffy. It was more of a gift than I am used to doing (sets totaled over $300) but I did a combo of birthday/Christmas/College graduation.
The collection is just beautiful (and it saves space) and I'm glad I bought it, but it was a big expenditure when I already had all the seasons.

I wouldn't know personally...but I hear there's a wonderful little program called bittorent. I think if you searched it on a torrent site you would be one of many. when you all swarm the file you'll have it in no time. A "friend" of mine got a copy of "done the impossible" this way. actually that was a legal torrent.

I don't own ANY of the DVDs, so, I would say it's worth it! But that's just me. If you own most of the DVDs and The Chosen Collection is exactly the same, I'd say, just get the last two seasons, and forget The Chosen Collection.

When I see that you laugh I think of Joss making Nathan laugh then I think of Nathan as Caleb taking Xanders eye and therefore your laughing is related to eye injuries!
