Not sure if many of you know this but theres going to be a Firefly convention in the uk in april of this year . The event is called fusion and several of the cast members of the show including nathan fillion will be there.More info as i get it but i found out threw the latest issue of british mag SFX.

Ok, so I've buzzed the Beeb about picking up Firefly.

The response I got from the "Cult TV" crew was:

That would be lovely, but I don't think it'll happen. Try emailing the [b]info@bbc.co.uk address as well, to log the fact you'd like to see Firefly on the BBC.

Shame it has to sit on the back of Buffy.. Norbreck is nice but V.expensive and a pain to get to. Would have preferred a smaller event solely for Firefly.. Don't get me wrong.. I like Buffy in fact I like almost everything Joss has ever done (think its the clever sarcastic scripts thing !!) but a Buffy and Firefly convention is like... well.....A Star Wars and Lord of the Rings convention Different genres !

There must be some rich people out there. 75 pounds a ticket (ouch), and apparently, three quarters have already been sold!
