Ah, but this isn't about the characters, but the actors. We've all said which characters we find most attractive (several times) but this is the actors.
My list of characters does go a little differently
36? Psht. Many of them are as old or older than you.
And I think Gina is breathtaking. Far, far from "average". Actually, when I first saw the movie, I was most drawn to her. I still think she knocks most women out of the ballpark, it's just there's something about Summer.

Tough question, Darkfly. S'like asking who's the best actor. They're all just plain striking in every ruttin' scene I can think of.

BUT! You guys have excluded someone... He's just outside the regular cast, but I think he oughtta have some consideration. Talking about:

Mr. Universe... David Krumholtz!

Even though I'm a dude, I have no problem admitting to my fellow b-coats that I have a bit of a man-crush on ol' Krummy...

This is like some kind of nightmare - havin' to chose n'all -

if I were to pin up one of them on my wall it would be Nathan - his expressions are so perfectly ecconomic but completely convey what the character is going through at that moment

If I got to live my fantasy it has to be Adam The whole Jayne takin' me and... errr isn't it time you kids went to bed?? Besides I've fantasised about him since I used to freeze-frame Major Mitchell in Independence Day

If it was who I wanted for a boyfriend it would be Sean - he seems so sweet and attentive and looks simply delicious in that picture you posted Phoenix Rose!!

If I wanted a husband it would definitely be Alan- he seems such a cute and wonderful man and such a sense of graciousness and humour!! I'd keep him for life!

If I wanted to look like one of the BDH's.. that'd be a toss up between Jewell & Morena- they both have such femininity about them in the series (if a little too skinny in the film)

If I was to get to be one of them for real it would be a toss up between Summer and Gina for very different reasons! I love Summers' freshness and apparently unspoilt nature in this business (as well as those legs!) Gina is just so drop dead gorgeous (and look who she's married to!)!

And if I got to live on a desert island with one of them - Ron coz he'd take care of me and keep me warm and know things that ought to be known on a desert island... And he'd have so many wonderful stories to tell!!

Uh... did I overthink it a little/...

I don't think there is such a thing as the best looking. I mean, let's face it. That's a ship full of very, very pretty people. But who anyone considers the hottest is always based on personal taste. I mean, there are *lots* of fans out there who adore Adam, but I'm much more attracted to Sean and Nathan.

So if you ask which cast member I'd rin away with, it would be Sean. But if he were unavailable I'd be just as happy with Nathan As for the girls, they're all lots prettier than me. I really can't judge which of them comes first! They're all hotties.

Not sure if your comment was directed at me, but my list was Actor based and not character based, although it would still be similar. Best looking to me is still best looking. The looks of the characters don't change a ton.

I can appreciate Gina's beauty, but to be honest with you, she breathes REALLY loudly and it annoys me. Call me shallow, but I just can't get past it. :diappointed:

Jewel and Summer are the two who look the least like their characters. Both are beautiful, but Summer is stunning.

Nah, I was talking to Esther, saying Summer "plays" a kid. Their looks don't differ all that much, it's true, and I am a huge River fan. But sometimes the actor is more appealing than the character or vise-versa. Good example, I think Ron Glass is more appealing than Book, just because he laughs so easily. And Inara might have more apeal than Morena just on the basis of being bisexual. That kind of thing.

I was like "wait, I purposely used actor names to distinguish that I was speaking of actors". Because in reality, I prefer Mal over Nathan (or so I think)....
